And we offer 0% intro rates for the first 6 - 12 months. After that, it will be 8.99% variable apr. Lines will always remain open so you can use it for as long as you want as long as you make your payments.

We are interested in all types of commercial real estate, gas and oil, natural gas and alternative energy projects just to mention a few.

One way we help individuals is by offering them a 30% commission on any transaction they bring to us that we fund.

Here is how that works: suppose you bring us a $100M project and we charge the client 2 points, that equates to $2M, which means upon successful funding, you would get 30% of that or $600,000.
